I have embarked on a journey of experimentations and freedom at night. This project found me wandering the streets at night in the dead of winter. Freezing temperatures, snow and ice were my subjects.

Chasing scenes in the dark, storefronts and signage all etched out of architecture revealed in shadows. This has been an enlightening process for me. I have been amazed at the amount of detail the cameras lens can collect in half a second. These subjects are transformed in the darkness with a form and tone quite different from their day-time shapes. A window full of wedding dresses has a completely different meaning at night. Headless figures role playing to the passersby. The dirty windows give reflection of where one has been, faceless walkers maneuver their way home.
